Cleanliness: Very clean hotel with careful cleaning service. Hotel facilities: Awesome rooms, restaurant, and terrace. Location very close to the gondola going up the mountain: Conveniently located right by a cable car. Staff: Helpful, friendly, and professional personnel.

The hotel is superb! Friendly staff, great information, and excellent service. Snacks, renovated sauna, and mountain view. Convenient location for hiking and skiing, right next to cable railway. Delicious breakfast and dinner options.

During Easter, I had a great time in this hotel. I really enjoyed the location, which was very close to the cable car and the swimming pool. , the rooms, terrace, and the restaurant were amazing. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast and dinner. Another great advantage of this hotel was the helpful and professional staff, who made sure that everything was perfect for us. I loved the overall experience!
There were a few downsides to my stay. The Wi-Fi was slow during peak hours, which was frustrating.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the location couldn't have been better - right by the cable car, so we could easily go up the mountain for hiking and skiing. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it.
One small downside was the poor wi-fi in the mornings and evenings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with its perfect location right by the cable car and its close proximity to all the attractions of the Gastein valley. This meant I could easily hop on the gondola and be up the mountain in no time, ready for a day of skiing or hiking. The service provided here was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always willing to help and provide information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a cozy stay. One of the highlights was the delicious food served at the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location, just steps away from the ski lift and close to a swimming pool. the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. the best aspects were the snack available in the afternoon and the delicious dinners with a variety of options.
The wi-fi was poor in the mornings and evenings, and the sauna and relaxation area were too small for the number of rooms. there was a technical issue that prevented the staff from printing the discount card.
